Changed your mind? You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This 30-day window includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you have chosen (other than the carrier), received the product. If you ordered several products in one order and they are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last product.

Our 30-day return window

On top of the statutory 14 days, we give you 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. The same conditions and refund rules on this page apply for the full 30 days.

How to start a return

1. Let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at lucianocoutinholima15@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to: any clear message is enough.
2. We will confirm your request and send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send a return to the address printed on a shipping label unless we have confirmed that address for your return.
3. Send the product back within 14 days after telling us you want to return it.

Return shipping costs

You pay the direct cost of sending the product back to us, unless the product arrived damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return costs.

Large or heavy items (such as exercise bikes, benches or vibration plates) can cost more to return than a standard parcel. If you'd like to know what a return would cost before you order, please contact us.

Condition of the product

You may handle and inspect the product in the same way you would in a shop, to see what it is like and how it works. Please return it complete, with all parts and accessories, and pack it securely (in the original packaging if you still have it). If the product has lost value because you handled it more than necessary, we may deduct that loss in value from your refund.

Refunds

We refund all payments we received from you for the returned products, including the original standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day you tell us you want to return them. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product back or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.

We refund using the same payment method you used for your order, unless you expressly agree to something else. You will not pay any fees for the refund. How long it takes for the money to appear in your account can depend on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: your legal guarantee

Every product must conform to the agreement: it must match its description and be suitable for normal use. This statutory guarantee applies in addition to the return window above, and nothing in our policies limits it.

If your product arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number, a short description and, if possible, photos. You are entitled to a free repair or replacement. If that isn't possible or reasonable, you can get a price reduction or a full refund. We cover any costs of resolving the problem.

Please tell us within a reasonable time after you discover the problem; reporting it within two months of discovery is always on time. If a defect appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have been present at delivery, unless we can prove otherwise.
